Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is Books I Meant to Read in 2023 but Didn’t Get To. Oh no - I'm going to feel so called out today! Hopefully I can get to all of these this year.
Hell Bent by Leigh Bardugo
The Writing Retreat by Julia Bartz
Camp Zero by Michelle Min Sterling
The Ferryman by Justin Cronin
Yellowface by R.F. Kuang
Deep as the Sky, Red as the Sea by Rita Chang-Eppig
The Narrow by Kate Alice Marshall
The River We Remember by William Kent Krueger
Bookshops & Bonedust by Travis Baldree
The Frugal Wizard’s Handbook for Surviving Medieval England by Brandon Sanderson
Yumi and the Nightmare Painter by Brandon Sanderson
The Sunlit Man by Brandon Sanderson
Camp Zero sounds interesting.

I've read three of these and really loved all of them: the Writing Retreat, The Ferryman and Bookshops & Bonedust. I hope you get to read all of these soon:-)
ReplyDeleteI've heard really good things about YELLOWFACE. I haven't read it yet either. Hopefully, we both like it. Thanks for stopping by my blog!
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed Hell Bent and Yellowface, and I want to read Legends and Lattes and then the next book! Everyone says such good things about Legends and Lattes and it sounds right up my alley. I hope you enjoy these when you get to them!
ReplyDeleteI did manage to read Bookshops & Bonedust in 2023, but the Sanderson books are still on my TBR. I hope you enjoy them all when you get to them!
ReplyDeleteHere's my TTT this week. Happy reading!
I have The Writing Retreat sitting on my nightstand, waiting for me. Hahaha. Ooooh, I just recently listened to Legends and Lattes and LOVED IT.
ReplyDeleteHere is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
The Writing Retreat is on my list too. I hope we both get a chance to read it soon. My TTT post is here.
ReplyDeleteMy husband and son love Brandon Sanderson and I have heard great things about Yellowface, but I have not read any of these. Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier. Cindy cindysbookcorner.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteI've only heard of Yellowface but doubt it's for me.

These look interesting. I've only heard of a couple of them. I hope you find time this year to read them.
ReplyDeleteI read Yumi, but I still need to finish the other three Year of Sanderson books. Hopefully we get through them this year! Yellowface is also on my list this week!

That Bardugo cover really creeps me out. I have read zero of these, so I have no input, but my hope is they are all great for you
ReplyDeleteThe Writing Retreat looks fab! I saw that at the bookstore- that cover
ReplyDeleteI keep seeing good reviews for The Writing Retreat. Even though thrillers aren’t my go-to, I might give it a try.
ReplyDeleteYELLOWFACE has been getting so much positive buzz that I really want to read it just to see what everyone's raving about! Hopefully, I'll get to it this year. I hope you love it and all these others.
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
