I'm interested in quite a few of these. I already had Cry Your Way Home and Apart in the Dark on my wishlists. I have now added Staying Alive and Witch Hunter. I am on the fence about Frankenstein in Baghdad but if my library gets a copy, I'm sure I'll snag it!
ReplyDeleteI really want to read Frankenstein in Baghdad.
DeleteSo much horror! I am trying to resist but it isn't easy.
ReplyDelete:D!!
DeleteSome fun books came out in January! There are several that I definitely want to read. :)
ReplyDeleteMe, too. :)
DeleteAck, I still have Sleep Over that I need to read. Too many books, too little time!

That one looks fun! :) I hope you get a chance to read it so I can hear your thoughts.
DeleteStaying Alive looks pretty awesome with that cover! And I love the post apoc look of No Light Beyond.
ReplyDeleteCity of Endless Night (love that title) and The Promise are two I'll have to take a look at too.
City of Endless Night is a great title. I'm so far behind in the Pendergast series. I loved the first few, but I didn't make it much further in the series. :( I always think I'll pick it back up one day.
DeleteI need to read the Ania Ahlborn book I've got on my Kindle. I'm not sure about Living With The Dead...the cover makes it look kind of zombie romance territory. Maybe I'll try a sample and see how I go.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea with the sample. :)
DeleteLove this list! I'm very curious about Frankenstein in Baghdad and Apart in the Dark.
ReplyDeleteI'm curious about Frankenstein in Baghdad. I hope to come across that one.
DeleteI haven't read any horror in years and years, but a few people are doing a vintage horror read next month on Twitter (pre '90s), so I'm going to give it a whirl. Thanks for posting about new releases because I have a feeling that I might want to start reading more. :)
ReplyDeleteI hope to see a lot of vintage horror tweets! That will be awesome. You are welcome! It's been a few months since I've had a chance to do one of these posts, but I'm determined not to fall behind this year. I love finding new horror.
DeleteWow - such a lot published - I really should read more horror rather than leaving it to the latter months of the year.
ReplyDeleteLynn :D
I have got to get around to reading Ania Ahlborn one of these days!
ReplyDeleteGreat list I added most of them to GR! Thanks for sharing it!
