March 2016 New Horror Releases | Horror Spotlight

Horror Spotlight is a feature highlighting the newest in horror fiction. If you would like to connect with me or contribute to my Horror Spotlight posts, please feel free to drop me a comment or send me an email at bookdenblog(at)gmail(dot)com.

It's time to spotlight the new horror fiction books that are being released in March. Thank you so much for helping me add books to February's post. As always, if I've left anything out, please let me know! All book covers are linked to Goodreads (or Amazon if I have not yet added the book to Goodreads).

My intention is to spotlight new horror fiction, but the folks at Valancourt Books are doing some amazing things with classic horror and I'd be remiss if I didn't mention they were releasing Stories of the Strange and Sinister by Frank Baker this month (March 15).

  1. Picked up the Last Days of Jack Sparks the other day, I was happy to see that even though the print won't be out in the US for a while, the ebook was available. Another book that looked interesting to was Dark Debts by Karen Hall. I think it originally came out in the 90s? I'd never heard of it before, but apparently it's being reissued because I was received the hardback the other day, and it looks awesome!

    1. I hadn't heard of the Last Days of Jack Sparks until I was making this post. It sounded really, really good. I definitely want to pick that one up. I will look into Dark Debts. Thanks!

  2. You are killing my wishlist. I really hope to read the Sunshine Girl sequel this month, especially since I have an ARC. There never seems to be enough time to get everything read! Thanks for a great list - it's hard to find new horror releases sometimes.

    1. If I ever get a genie, there will be some reading wishes in there somewhere. I need more time or ability or something! Sorry (not sorry) about your wishlist. :) I think it's hard to find horror, too. This feature has been a huge help for me. I'm so happy it's helping others, too.
